The ReelGood Film Festival (RGFF) seeks an energetic, proactive Filmmaker Liaison. This role is perfect for those who naturally see what needs to be done and take initiative, ensuring every filmmaker has a fantastic experience.
What You'll Do:
- Serve as the primary, vibrant contact for filmmakers, ensuring a positive and responsive communication experience in the lead-up to the festival.Β
- Coordinate the receipt of the films and press kits with an energetic approach, including initial communications, tracking materials, and liaising with the cinema and DCP supplier.Β
- Ensure efficient and timely delivery of films to the cinema, handling logistics with attention to detail.
- Bring a lively, positive energy to interactions with filmmakers in the leadup and during the event,Β enhancing their festival experience.
- Be the go-to person for filmmakers on the day, radiating a warm and welcoming presence.
- Proactively spot needs and jump into action, ensuring every aspect of the filmmaker's experience is top-notch.
- Create a comfortable and welcoming environment, making filmmakers feel valued and supported.

RGFF seeks an enthusiastic individual to be the go-to person for all things tickets. You will work closely with our festivals producers to ensure a seamless experience for our attendees in the lead-up and on the day.Β
What You'll Do:
- Assist with the set up and management of the ticketing system
- Monitor sales, generate reports, and prepare door lists
- Implement point-of-sale systems for event entry
- Manage the box office on the festival day, ensuring a smooth check-in experience

We seek a self-motivated, highly organised and detail-orientated candidate to work alongside the Social Media Manager to implement RGFFβs Social Media strategies and publish content.
If you have a keen interest in social media and looking to further develop your skills - this is the perfect roles for you!
What youβll do:
- Organise and coordinate RGFF related content prior to, and during the festival
- Liaise with the Social Media Manager and implement an effective posting schedule
- Participate in on-the-day coverage for our social media channels
- Review, analyse and report on the success of our social media content to the RGFF team
